Privacy Policy
We use Google Analytics to track our website traffic, and we may augment that data with demographic information from Google. We use Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Amazon to reach our customers. We use tracking scripts from some or all of these providers to determine the effectiveness of our branding. We don’t sell the data of our customers.
Shipping Policy
Typically, we strive for 2-4 day turnaround between purchase and shipping the order. Sometimes the handling can take a bit longer depending on inventory — especially during these early stages of production. If inventory is low, the handling time may take longer. Unless otherwise specified, we may choose whether the package ships USPS, UPS, or Fedex. If you have any questions about a particular shipment, please contact joseph@homefromoz.com
Return Policy
If you experience a problem with any product due to manufacturing quality or damage during shipping, please contact us at joseph@homefromoz.com. We may ask for photos of the damage as proof. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may replace the item or refund the purchase. Upon refund, the customer may be asked to pay for the return shipment of the product.
